On a personal note, I'd like to share with you the love I see within our Children's Ministry Team. The past few months have consisted of work related to our everyday jobs as well as the addition of preparing for our yearly production of Who's in the House. The added workload had the potential to either pull people apart or bring them together. Our team not only bonded on the co-worker level, but we also bonded on a family level! Many members of our Children's Ministry staff had family members who participated in the production while others had patient and loving families at home supporting them as they worked long hours. We prayed often that Satan would not distract us and he didn't! Praise God!
Additionally, our volunteers were absolutely amazing! Just think...they left their supporting families at home and worked for God night after night to prepare. BEAUTIFUL!!!
God uses this production each year to teach children and families as well as bring people together in community. This year was no exception! With this years addition of a challenge, Children's Ministry and our families are living With Jesus, In Community, On a Mission!
